Return

You can return the ordered product within 14 days of receipt to Murk GmbH & Co. KG - Mens Fashion. Returns are made via DHL and are free of charge for you.

Please request the DHL return label by e-mail at kontakt@murk-shop.de . A copy of the invoice must be attached to the return, so we can immediately after receipt credit the equivalent of the returned goods to your customer account. You do not have to pay for the returned goods.

To avoid damage to items, please pack the items well. The best way to do this is to use the original packaging. Please affix the return label to the parcel clearly visible from the outside, which can then easily be left at the nearest DHL post office. Please do not attach a new order to the return – even if it is exchanged. This avoids unnecessary delays. Please order the new items at www.murk-shop.de. After the return authorization, you will receive an e-mail confirming that the amount will be credited to you within the next few days. You will receive the amount in the same way you paid for your order (see Payment).

Important: The items delivered to you are only for the purpose of fitting, such as e.g. common in brick-and-mortar retail. If the returned goods are in a bad or used condition, we reserve the right to demand a refund from you. The murk-shop.de online shop only accepts returns of goods that you have also purchased in the murk-shop.de online shop.
